Position Overview

Interloop Holdings is looking for a motivated Trainee Executive – QA to join its Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Food Science & Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemistry, along with 1–2 years of QA/QC lab experience.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining product excellence by supporting quality control systems, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Think of it as being one of the guardians of quality, quietly ensuring everything meets the gold standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of QA systems aligned with HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000, GMP, and GHP standards
• Conduct microbiological and chemical testing in QA/QC laboratories
• Assist in test automation processes using tools like TestNG
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and reports
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Prepare reports and track quality metrics using MS Excel & Word
• Troubleshoot QA issues independently and support improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices
• Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC laboratory
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
