Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily clerical tasks including filing, documentation, and basic bookkeeping
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office communications professionally
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-desk experience
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Maintain attendance records and administrative documentation
  • Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office tools
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Accurately perform data entry and update internal databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve administrative workflows
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
