- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Maintain attendance records and administrative documentation
- Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office tools
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Accurately perform data entry and update internal databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve administrative workflows
