Role Overview
Step into a leadership role where strategy meets execution. As a Regional Business Manager – Sales, you will drive B2B growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand enterprise solutions across the region. This role blends field execution with strategic thinking to unlock new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage B2B sales & services teams for customer acquisition and retention

Drive enterprise solutions, GSM, IoT, devices, and A2P portfolios

Manage portfolio growth through upselling, cross-selling, and churn prevention

Ensure strong presence across SME, Medium Enterprises, and Large Corporates
-
Oversee regional performance, reporting, and KPI tracking
-
Collaborate on product development and market penetration strategies
-
Handle network/coverage concerns in coordination with technical teams
-
Develop strategies for B2G, corporate, and ME segment expansion

Mentor, coach, and build a high-performance sales culture

Represent and implement the Telenor Way in leadership practices
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Education:

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
📈 Experience:

3–5 years in a relevant sales or leadership role
