Role Overview

Step into a leadership role where strategy meets execution. As a Regional Business Manager – Sales, you will drive B2B growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand enterprise solutions across the region. This role blends field execution with strategic thinking to unlock new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage B2B sales & services teams for customer acquisition and retention
  • Drive enterprise solutions, GSM, IoT, devices, and A2P portfolios
  • Manage portfolio growth through upselling, cross-selling, and churn prevention
  • Ensure strong presence across SME, Medium Enterprises, and Large Corporates
  • Oversee regional performance, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Collaborate on product development and market penetration strategies
  • Handle network/coverage concerns in coordination with technical teams
  • Develop strategies for B2G, corporate, and ME segment expansion
  • Mentor, coach, and build a high-performance sales culture
  • Represent and implement the Telenor Way in leadership practices

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

📈 Experience:

  • 3–5 years in a relevant sales or leadership role
