We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand identity, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal sales, and new collections
  • Lead content direction across photoshoots, reels, and visual storytelling in line with brand identity
  • Manage and collaborate with creative agencies to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including partner selection, coordination, and performance tracking
  • Work closely with digital agencies to plan and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Maintain brand consistency across retail outlets, website, and all digital touchpoints
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI to ensure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with merchandising, retail, and eCommerce teams for aligned brand execution
  • Support brand activations, store launches, and promotional events
  • Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in managing creative and digital agencies
  • Strong ability to guide visual direction while maintaining brand consistency
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, audience insights, and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent command over content strategy, storytelling, and digital marketing platforms
