We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Hunza. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all culinary activities, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
• Control food costs, inventory, and wastage
• Train and mentor kitchen team members
• Coordinate with management for events and special menus

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
