Job Description:
As a Category Analyst Specialist, you will:

• Provide data-driven insights and analytical support to senior management to optimize commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards tailored for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze commercial campaigns and offer actionable recommendations at store, category, supplier, and team levels.
• Monitor performance metrics including Sales, Margin, and Income, and plan for improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of reports and analytics.
• Perform ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Identify non-compliance issues in reports and gather feedback.
• Coordinate between commercial teams and management to ensure alignment and follow-through.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or related discipline.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, Excel, and business analytics tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Expertise in data & financial analysis, pricing & margin management, commercial insights, reporting & BI tools.
