The selected candidate will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and administrative coordination. Working closely with the HR team, the intern will contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and a professional workplace environment.

This internship provides valuable exposure to real-world HR practices, helping you develop essential skills in communication, organization, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies
• Monitor and manage attendance records for accurate reporting
• Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and handle inquiries professionally
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and data entry
• Work with HRIS/ERP systems to manage HR data effectively
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and maintain a productive environment
