Job Summary

The Admin & Logistics Officer will support the effective implementation of the Integrated Protection Services for Afghan Refugees in Pakistan (IPSAR) project. This role is responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating supply delivery, and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

The officer will ensure that all program materials—covering SRH, MHPSS, IPC, and MNCH components—are available on time, in the right quantity, and at the correct locations, while maintaining compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and compliant procurement of program supplies, equipment, and training materials as per the IPSAR work plan.
• Maintain accurate inventory records at supported health facilities in Pishin and Killa Saifullah, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate safe and efficient distribution of supplies such as delivery kits, newborn kits, and IEC materials.
• Work closely with program, finance, admin, and partner teams to align logistics with project timelines and donor requirements.
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and storage in line with IPC standards, ensuring safety and traceability of goods.
• Ensure all procurement and logistics documentation is properly maintained, verified, and compliant with organizational and donor policies.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
