At Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd., the Relationship Manager SME plays a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored financial solutions that support business growth while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow SME portfolio including Housing Finance, School Finance, Commercial Vehicle, and SME lending
• Drive branch profitability by achieving assigned sales and business targets
• Develop and execute market-driven sales strategies
• Oversee loan lifecycle: verification, disbursement, collection, and cross-selling
• Ensure 100% loan recovery through proactive collection and follow-ups
• Conduct portfolio risk analysis (PAR management) and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead, coach, and monitor Relationship Officers SME for performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with MMBL policies and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations
• Maintain MIS reports for sales, verification, disbursement, and collections
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards (FTC compliance)
• Conduct field visits, customer verifications, and surprise checks for transparency
• Identify risks, prevent fraud, and ensure ethical business practices
• Coordinate with operations for smooth and timely loan processing
• Prepare weekly activity plans, monthly variance analysis, and performance reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the microfinance/banking sector
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
• Sound understanding of credit evaluation (Five Cs of Credit)
• Leadership and team management capabilities
