Job Purpose

The Manager E-Commerce will lead the online business strategy, ensuring optimal product assortment, seamless customer experience, and sustainable revenue growth. This role is responsible for driving digital sales performance, managing partnerships, and enhancing the overall e-commerce ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online product assortment aligned with business priorities
  • Develop and execute onsite merchandising strategies (ranking, boosting, placements)
  • Plan and coordinate digital campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams
  • Align pricing, promotions, and product availability with internal stakeholders
  • Build and manage supplier partnerships, including monetizing digital placements
  • Identify new revenue streams through sponsored content and collaborations
  • Manage affiliate programs to increase traffic and conversions
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues related to stock, pricing, and product quality
  • Own the e-commerce P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
  • Analyze sales, conversion rates, and performance metrics for optimization
  • Guide technical teams on website improvements and campaign execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field from a recognized institution

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce or Digital Retail
