Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop store teams through effective training and performance management
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product visibility
• Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and ensure optimal stock levels
• Analyze sales data using MS Excel to identify trends and implement corrective strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• 3–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a store management role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and sales analysis
