Job Purpose
As an In Store Manager, you will lead customer and trade operations for your designated account, ensuring efficient distribution, meeting sales targets, and delivering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role offers exposure to FMCG sales, digital transformation, and purposeful growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve volume targets.
- Increase competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate distributor/customer operational plans and execution.
- Negotiate joint business plans with customers.
- Analyze financial metrics like profitability and gross margin.
- Lead and develop a team of FMMs, building talent and accountability.
- Conduct post-execution analysis to optimize processes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1–4 years of relevant FMCG sales experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Power BI.
- Active market presence and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to strategize and analyze competition insights.
