Job Purpose:
As AM Digital Transformation, you will drive the factory’s digital and automation initiatives, implement AI and Industry 4.0 technologies, and lead the Factory Lighthouse program. Your efforts will optimize production, enhance efficiency, and promote continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digitalization projects and Industry 4.0 adoption (IoT, data analytics, smart manufacturing).
• Manage PLC programs, cloud-based data platforms, and factory-wide automation initiatives.
• Deploy AI programs to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Champion the Factory Lighthouse initiative and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Train factory personnel on digital and automation tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–6+ years overall experience, with 3+ years leading digital programs.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, automation, or smart factory projects.

Skills & Leadership Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, automation systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Resilient, results-oriented, humble, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
