We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support administrative and data management operations at our Chiniot-based office. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and smooth coordination of office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Management Information System (MIS) as per defined targets and timelines.
- Maintain and update client records electronically on a daily basis.
- Follow all data entry protocols while recording service delivery and registration data.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to relevant staff and site management.
- Maintain and organize client files and documentation.
- Verify records thoroughly to avoid duplication during client registration.
- Provide basic IT support for office operations at the project site.
- Generate periodic reports as required by the project.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Clinical & Program Manager.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office and data management systems
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage records and documentation efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
