Job Purpose

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about brand building, innovation, and delivering meaningful consumer impact within the home care category. As an Assistant Brand Manager for Surf Excel, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and market success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end demand generation, reporting to the Brand Manager
  • Lead market development and brand growth initiatives
  • Drive brand penetration, market share, and business performance through the 6Ps of marketing
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects
  • Implement digital-first media strategies for business growth
  • Develop strong consumer and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including CSP, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and media agencies
  • Oversee campaign management and marketing communications

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
  • 2–3 years of experience in core marketing
  • Experience in a similar category is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing agencies
  • Strong track record in digital-first demand generation strategies
