Job Overview

The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is part of Jazz’s Regional Operating Model and plays a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening distribution networks. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the TSS collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve regional targets and enhance JazzCash, postpaid, and retail business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Jazz’s products, values, and market dynamics
• Conduct daily market visits, spot checks, and retail audits
• Manage assigned franchise(s) and ensure effective daily operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers
• Ensure development of retail and distribution networks
• Monitor and improve key enablers such as:
  • BVS Activation
  • EVC (Agent-to-Agent services)
  • Market Float management
  • DO service levels
  • Recharge availability (Jazz Load & Scratch Cards)
• Drive performance of non-performing retailers (keep below 5%)
• Achieve KPIs including:
  • Recharge targets
  • Prepaid & Postpaid sales
  • JazzCash (Wallets, Cash-In, Digital Transactions)
  • MBB Devices (Wi-Fi & Data Devices)
• Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities
• Improve channel footprint and service quality
• Ensure territory integrity and control infringements
• Motivate and guide franchise and retail partners
• Introduce innovative ideas to improve team performance and business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or channel development
• Ability to manage projects from planning to execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capability to work independently and under supervision
• Experience in achieving monthly KPIs (sales, activations, remittances, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to expand business penetration in assigned territory
