Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional business volumes to meet and exceed assigned targets
- Implement sales management processes with precision and consistency
- Ensure optimal headcount planning, training, and team productivity
- Own and manage regional P&L, focusing on profitability and cost control
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities (SME, Acquiring, Assets, etc.)
- Leverage data-driven insights and promote adoption of digital sales tools
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Business Executives (BEs) and Team Leaders
- Build strong internal relationships and align teams with strategic goals
- Ensure robust risk management and compliance with governance standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews with constructive coaching
- Drive digital adoption and transformation within the region
- Support regional leadership in achieving overall business objectives
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 16 Years of Education)
💼 Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or banking
