Packages Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Internal Audit to lead internal audit functions, strengthen risk management practices, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop risk-based internal audit strategies, plans, and assessments
- Manage audit fieldwork in line with approved timelines
- Conduct evaluations of internal controls, risk management systems, and governance processes
- Finalize audit engagements and present findings to management
- Perform special investigations and assignments as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA / ACCA qualification
- 5–7 years of relevant internal audit experience (preferably in insurance or a related sector)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of internal audit processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, automation tools, and AI-based solutions
