Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or Linguistics
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the opening of new schools
- Identify school needs and integrate them into the regional annual plan
- Ensure implementation of academic calendars and organizational interventions for academic excellence and character development
- Monitor performance of school staff
- Ensure policy compliance as per organizational and school operational manuals, including audit requirements
- Prepare and submit reports, data, and required documentation
Important Notes:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written tests/interviews
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews
