Vital Pakistan Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join its progressive team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting financial analysis in compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete postings in ERP (NetSuite) accounting software
• Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements
• Handle and coordinate customer invoices, including contracts and purchase orders
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable subledgers with the general ledger
• Assist in analytical reviews and monthly variance analysis for financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS standards

Qualifications:

• Finalist or part-qualified professional certification (ACCA / ICAP or equivalent)
  OR
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite, QuickBooks) is an advantage
