The Relationship Associate will support the line manager in managing SME client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in strengthening and maintaining relationships with existing SME clients and developing new business opportunities
• Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges
• Promote and sell banking products to achieve assigned KPIs and business targets
• Support preparation and processing of credit proposals and renewals in line with SBP Prudential Regulations and Head Office guidelines
• Identify target markets to enhance business portfolio
• Complete all pre- and post-disbursement documentation, including legal and security formalities
• Maintain updated records of insurance policies, stock reports, valuation reports, and financial statements
• Ensure timely resolution and regularization of deferrals
• Conduct periodic stock verifications and client visits
• Prepare and submit business call and visit reports to Regional Business Heads

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant SME/relationship management experience
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years (as of application date)
