Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager Culture will be responsible for developing and supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment. The role focuses on strengthening organizational culture in alignment with NFL’s core values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with organizational values
- Promote and strengthen employer branding to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement strategies and programs
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to conduct annual employee engagement/satisfaction surveys
- Analyze survey results and collaborate with management to develop actionable improvement plans
- Plan and execute social and engagement activities to enhance collaboration and employee satisfaction
- Develop and manage the annual calendar of employee engagement events
- Create and maintain internal communication calendars and content
- Drive employee wellbeing initiatives to improve overall workplace experience
- Manage employee suggestion programs and ensure proper evaluation and implementation
- Design and maintain employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements
- Contribute to HR policy development in compliance with local laws and ensure effective communication across the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve employee engagement practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 4–6 years of experience
OR
- Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field with 2–4 years of experience
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Creative thinking for engagement and wellbeing programs
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
