Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager Culture will be responsible for developing and supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment. The role focuses on strengthening organizational culture in alignment with NFL’s core values and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with organizational values
  • Promote and strengthen employer branding to attract, engage, and retain top talent
  • Assist in designing and executing employee engagement strategies and programs
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to conduct annual employee engagement/satisfaction surveys
  • Analyze survey results and collaborate with management to develop actionable improvement plans
  • Plan and execute social and engagement activities to enhance collaboration and employee satisfaction
  • Develop and manage the annual calendar of employee engagement events
  • Create and maintain internal communication calendars and content
  • Drive employee wellbeing initiatives to improve overall workplace experience
  • Manage employee suggestion programs and ensure proper evaluation and implementation
  • Design and maintain employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements
  • Contribute to HR policy development in compliance with local laws and ensure effective communication across the organization
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve employee engagement practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 4–6 years of experience

OR

  • Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field with 2–4 years of experience

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
  • Creative thinking for engagement and wellbeing programs
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
