A General Banking Officer at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and managing day-to-day branch operations. You will handle account opening, process non-financial transactions, manage customer queries, assist with fixed assets and administrative support, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient branch services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle all operations in the branch including account opening/closure, stop payments, dormancy management, SOA issuance, loan account handling, and Gold Loan assessments.
• Manage deceased customer cases, maintain records, and prepare reports for Head Office.
• Conduct non-financial transactions accurately and guide customers on bank products and services.
• Maintain fixed assets inventory, security stationery, administrative support, and branch registers.
• Manage cash operations, cheque book and ATM card custody, and teller backup tasks.
• Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, cash transfers, and clearing entries.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and refer customers to relevant services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
