Job Description:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the HoReCa and O&I segments. The role focuses on building strong relationships, planning and executing sales strategies, and expanding business with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a portfolio business plan targeting new and existing customers.
  • Identify business potential and build professional relationships through regular visits.
  • Monitor new customer activity and respond to feedback or concerns.
  • Increase sales with existing customers through proactive engagement.
  • Understand customer needs, local market trends, and METRO’s offerings to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and suppliers to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare business cases and use commercial tools to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct daily customer analysis and set clear sales objectives before visits.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on field activities.
  • Prepare feasibility reports for business solutions and plan weekly priorities.
  • Conduct store tours and coordinate with department managers for alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate with 6+ years of work experience, or
  • Graduation with less than 6 years of work experience.

  • Analytical thinker with effective decision-making abilities.
  • Result-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
