We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across retail and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure strong brand presence, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels to ensure consistent brand visibility
• Coordinate with creative teams and external vendors for timely delivery of campaign assets and in-store branding
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor payments, and ensure effective cost control
• Oversee CRM operations and customer communication journeys to enhance engagement and customer experience
• Ensure consistent retail branding, merchandising, and promotional execution across all outlets
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational and branding challenges
• Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and operational discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• MBA will be considered an added advantage

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in marketing operations, budgeting, and campaign execution
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer journey management
• Effective vendor and agency coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, CRM, or retail marketing
• Proven experience in budgeting, vendor management, and campaign execution
