Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct daily client visits to explore new business opportunities
  • Ensure smooth account handover to the services team
  • Maintain high-quality sales standards
  • Resolve customer issues related to network, billing, and services
  • Enhance overall customer experience

A Typical Day at Work

  • Meet assigned revenue and KPI targets across GSM and solution products
  • Identify and onboard new business customers
  • Apply strategic solution selling techniques
  • Ensure compliance with governance and documentation processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams (services, operations, products)
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Handle customer communications during service disruptions
  • Continuously improve sales and negotiation skills

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA (preferably in Marketing) will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in Corporate Sales, Client Management, or Key Account Management

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Sound understanding of digital, IoT, and enterprise solutions
  • Solution-oriented sales mindset
