About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct daily client visits to explore new business opportunities
- Ensure smooth account handover to the services team
- Maintain high-quality sales standards
- Resolve customer issues related to network, billing, and services
- Enhance overall customer experience
A Typical Day at Work
- Meet assigned revenue and KPI targets across GSM and solution products
- Identify and onboard new business customers
- Apply strategic solution selling techniques
- Ensure compliance with governance and documentation processes
- Coordinate with internal teams (services, operations, products)
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Handle customer communications during service disruptions
- Continuously improve sales and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA (preferably in Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 2–3 years in Corporate Sales, Client Management, or Key Account Management

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Sound understanding of digital, IoT, and enterprise solutions
- Solution-oriented sales mindset
