The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will deliver comprehensive HR support to the Manufacturing Division, driving performance, enhancing productivity, and ensuring employees are managed in alignment with company policies and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic link between HR and the Manufacturing Division, providing expert HR guidance and support
- Interpret and implement HR policies to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment
- Collaborate with department heads to develop manpower plans and budgets (short, medium, and long term)
- Identify training needs and design annual training plans and budgets
- Support and guide managers through the performance management cycle
- Assist in setting SMART KPIs aligned with organizational objectives
- Facilitate quarterly talent reviews and succession planning initiatives
- Deliver training sessions on performance management and feedback techniques
- Support recruitment and selection processes for internal and external hiring
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations and recommend actions
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews
- Partner with Culture & Engagement teams to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
- Address employee queries in accordance with company policies
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience
OR - Postgraduate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience
