Role Summary:
The Manager Sales – Trade is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer portfolio, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role includes coaching, customer relationship management, and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and increase turnover per customer
- Acquire new potential customers and expand market reach
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team for skill enhancement and performance
- Maintain strong collaboration with Head Office and store operations
- Manage customer feedback and maintain accurate customer files
- Analyze customer demands and sales data to implement effective strategies
- Monitor target group performance and define action plans
- Implement and adapt customer strategies for each portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in sales and team management (preferred)
