The Relationship Manager Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) plays a key role in driving asset sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth. This role blends financial expertise with customer-centric service, focusing on delivering tailored financial solutions aligned with clients’ needs.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth targets
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and client prospecting
  • Promote and sell asset products while maintaining ethical sales practices
  • Develop and implement localized sales strategies based on market potential

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Ensure clear communication of product terms and conditions
  • Conduct regular client meetings as per product guidelines

Credit & Risk Management

  • Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
  • Conduct physical verification of clients before loan processing
  • Ensure compliance with all credit policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Report any fraudulent or suspicious activities to management

Loan Processing & Collections

  • Ensure proper loan booking in line with bank policies
  • Coordinate with operations for timely loan disbursement
  • Monitor repayments and ensure 100% collection performance
  • Follow strict guidelines for handling customer documents and avoid cash handling

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and guide Relationship Officers (Asset Sales)
  • Train and coach team members to improve productivity and performance
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure achievement of assigned targets
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize branch productivity

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain service quality standards and avoid customer complaints
  • Prepare weekly field activity plans and monitor deviations
  • Ensure adherence to SBP regulations and internal controls
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through feedback and learning

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance or banking sector
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
