Job Purpose

The Supervisor – Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient delivery processes, maintaining productivity, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders in the correct quantity and specifications
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate smooth delivery operations
• Conduct market visits twice a week to ensure SOP compliance and gather customer feedback
• Verify daily fuel consumption, transactions, and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure optimal productivity and utilization of delivery vehicles
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues
• Promote company products, especially private label brands
• Supervise warehouse staff including pickers, loaders, and delivery personnel
• Review and approve daily operational activities of the team
• Monitor team performance and identify productivity gaps
• Train and coach team members to enhance skills and performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations
