The Grid Manager is responsible for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue growth, business development, mobile broadband performance, trade visibility, channel expansion, and optimal utilization of cell sites within the assigned grid.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Drive revenue growth through 3G/4G services and handset sales
- Expand smartphone shop network and enhance retailer quality
- Ensure quality gross additions, including 3G/4G subscribers
- Expand channel coverage across SIM sales, MNP, VAS, MBB, postpaid, and related services
- Monitor and ensure timely stock availability through franchise coordination
Customer Service
- Manage end-to-end customer complaint handling and resolution
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and service quality
- Enhance overall customer experience across franchise operations
Trade Visibility & Marketing
- Coordinate trade marketing initiatives including BTL activities and promotions
- Ensure strong brand visibility and product awareness in the territory
- Support market activations, campaigns, and special events
Planning & Strategy
- Identify untapped markets and increase retail penetration
- Guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in route planning
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Head on localized sales campaigns
Team Management & Supervision
- Train staff and retailers on product knowledge and SOPs
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure operational excellence
- Align channel partners with targets, discipline, and promotional updates
Merchandising
- Ensure availability and proper placement of POS materials at retail outlets
Business Development
- Coordinate with marketing and channel teams on promotions and growth initiatives
- Support execution of trade campaigns and expansion strategies
Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure efficient network utilization
- Monitor site performance, LTE usage, and 3G/4G accessibility
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
