The Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving asset-based business growth. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, promoting banking products, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with bank policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service plans in coordination with Branch Manager (BM) / Relationship Manager (RM) to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in line with bank SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical and compliant practices.
• Promote and sell loan products to expand the customer base and enhance profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit.
• Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to customers.
• Conduct field visits and physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain 100% collection efficiency.
• Maintain strict control and safety of customer documentation.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and SBP regulations.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and track performance.
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product programs.
• Monitor service quality and ensure zero customer complaints.
• Report any fraud or suspicious activity to management promptly.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and suggest improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in field sales and meet targets
