Job Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition by increasing the number of active buying customers
- Ensure implementation and compliance with all operational SOPs
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain and improve profit margins through effective customer basket management
- Expand customer portfolio by onboarding new clients
- Increase average sales turnover per customer
- Boost incremental sales by promoting cross-departmental products (especially dry food categories such as D&T and S&C)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform regular customer analysis
- Conduct pre-visit planning, including sales forecasting and trend analysis
- Perform gap analysis and define actionable plans post customer visits
- Set clear objectives and customized action plans for each customer
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales/key account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships
