Job Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition by increasing the number of active buying customers
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with all operational SOPs
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain and improve profit margins through effective customer basket management
  • Expand customer portfolio by onboarding new clients
  • Increase average sales turnover per customer
  • Boost incremental sales by promoting cross-departmental products (especially dry food categories such as D&T and S&C)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate customer records and perform regular customer analysis
  • Conduct pre-visit planning, including sales forecasting and trend analysis
  • Perform gap analysis and define actionable plans post customer visits
  • Set clear objectives and customized action plans for each customer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant sales/key account management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships
