Program Overview
The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a prestigious global leadership development initiative designed to build future leaders of the organization.
This is an 18-month rotational program where selected candidates gain hands-on experience through real business challenges, cross-functional exposure, and structured learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on live business projects from day one
- Gain exposure to core HR functions and organizational operations
- Develop leadership and people management skills
- Understand product development, marketing, and sales processes

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating students of 2025
- Professionals with up to 2 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
