We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the position of Assistant Director VSAT/SATCOM (STM Network). The role involves managing SATCOM/VSAT hub operations, RF systems, and network infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure communication services.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Information Security
  • Software Engineering
  • Or a related field
• Minimum 16 years of HEC-recognized education is mandatory
• Master’s degree will be preferred
• All degrees must be attested by HEC

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in:
  • SATCOM / VSAT HUB operations
• Preferred Certifications:
  • CCNA
  • VSAT / SATCOM certifications

Key Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in configuration and real-time management of STM / NSSL Global SATCOM hubs & RF operations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Motorized antennas
  • LNBs, BUCs
  • Power supplies
  • Spectrum analyzers
• Strong understanding of:
  • Firewalls
  • Network switches
  • Routing protocols
• Ability to develop:
  • SOPs
  • Technical documentation
  • Engineering drawings
