Qualification

Experience

• 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in teaching roles.
• At least 7 years in education administration or leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve academic performance and overall school effectiveness.
• Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, teaching standards, and student assessment processes.
• Drive student admissions, enrollment growth, and retention through effective outreach and engagement strategies.
• Oversee daily school operations including budgeting, resource management, infrastructure, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor academic and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
