READ Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Donor Relations Officer to strengthen relationships with donors and support fundraising and communication efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about social impact and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Social Sciences
  • Mass Communication
  • Marketing

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors
• Manage and update the donor database
• Expand donor base and foster long-term partnerships
• Provide regular updates on sponsored students and projects
• Prepare and send professional communications (emails, reports, letters)
