READ Foundation is seeking a motivated and dynamic professional for the role of Resource Mobilization Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for donor engagement, fundraising initiatives, and awareness campaigns to support organizational programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities

Research, explore, and compile data of potential donors
Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives
Implement Taleem Dost campaign activities in schools
Develop strong liaison with school heads
Engage, report, and motivate donors and volunteers

Additional Information

No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews
The organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process
Preference will be given to local candidates from Bhimber
