Job Purpose
Lead assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve targets and execute the company’s sales strategy effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.
- Set daily targets and allocate them to order bookers to ensure full coverage of all outlets.
- Compile and share sales reports to track target achievement and KPIs.
- Manage and motivate order bookers, ensuring product knowledge and effective use of resources.
- Conduct market visits to monitor coverage, productivity, and market dynamics.
- Ensure trade marketing activities are implemented according to the Trade Marketing plans.
- Plan sales efforts and design PJPs by analyzing territory performance and RTM.
- Develop strong relationships with key distributors to optimize value and achieve strategic goals.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions to maximize returns and minimize costs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 4–6 years in sales, preferably in FMCG or a related field
