Job Purpose
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing assigned territories, leading distributors and order bookers, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories
- Assign daily targets to order bookers to ensure maximum outlet coverage
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and KPIs for performance tracking
- Lead and manage order bookers, ensuring productivity and product knowledge
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor coverage and understand market trends
- Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities at all assigned outlets
- Design and execute effective sales plans and PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans)
- Build strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutual business goals
- Manage budgets and sales forecasts to maximize profitability and efficiency

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
