• Analyze and optimize supply and dispatch plans to meet customer demand
• Plan transportation loads for cost efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage inventory levels while balancing availability, cost, and freshness
• Monitor planning exceptions and make data-driven decisions
• Execute weekly planning cycles and ensure strong service levels
• Identify and escalate risks related to demand or supply fluctuations
• Drive continuous improvements in logistics and planning processes
• Define and manage Distribution Center (DC) stock cover policies
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transport, and DC Operations teams

• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in:
  • Distribution Center Operations
  • Transport Operations
  • Factory Logistics
  • Demand & Supply Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Ability to handle complexity and make timely decisions
• Familiarity with tools like SAP APO (preferred)
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
