🔹 Qualification Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant field (MPhil preferred).
  • CHRP or any relevant HR certification is a plus.

🔹 Experience Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience with exposure to Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development.
  • Hands-on experience in training & development, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency with HRMS and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience in implementing OD initiatives and employee engagement programs is preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing OD strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify training needs and support the development and execution of L&D programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback systems.
  • Analyze employee performance data, engagement metrics, and training effectiveness through dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address capability gaps and support talent development initiatives.
  • Contribute to succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
  • Support HR digital transformation projects, including HRMS implementation and optimization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement across the organization.
