United Charter Schools (UCS) is seeking an Assistant Manager – Business Development to support the expansion and growth of UCS campuses in the Southern Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- BBA or MBA in Marketing or a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing territory and distribution plans for the rollout of UCS campuses
- Support presentations and promotion of the UCS franchise model to potential and new investors
- Contribute to strategies that drive business growth and revenue increase
- Support franchise network expansion through market surveys and competitive analysis
- Participate in competitor and customer analysis to identify new market opportunities
- Assist in developing a marketing information system for informed strategic decisions
- Coordinate and execute communication campaigns to attract potential investor inquiries
Skills & Competencies
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of strategy formulation and feasibility planning
- Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
