As a Nutrition Specialist – Infant Nutrition, you will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals by delivering accurate, science-based information on infant nutrition solutions—strictly aligned with the WHO Code and local regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors and paramedical staff
• Deliver scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines
• Position Nestlé as a credible source of information in infant and maternal nutrition
• Execute territory plans to ensure effective coverage and engagement
• Drive ethical business growth within the legitimate prescription space (in absence of breastfeeding)
• Organize and conduct scientific engagements such as presentations, speaker sessions, and roundtables
• Support participation in medical conferences and professional forums
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions through CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescribing behaviors
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication and execution strategies
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company assets

Compliance & Ethics

• Strict adherence to the WHO Code and Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes is mandatory
• No direct or indirect interaction with pregnant women or mothers of infants for business purposes
• All activities must comply with Nestlé’s policies and ethical standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in nutrition, pharmaceutical, or medical detailing
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Experience in organizing scientific or medical engagement activities
• Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and accountable approach
