About the Program (ULIP)

The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global initiative designed to build future leaders and strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.

• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Function: Human Resources
• Structure: Hands-on, project-based internship
• Exposure: Real-time business challenges and leadership development

Interns are given the opportunity to work on live projects, gaining practical experience and insights needed to kickstart their careers.
