As a Relationship Officer Asset, you will act as a key link between the bank and its customers—understanding their financial needs and offering tailored asset-based solutions. This role focuses on driving growth through ethical sales practices, strong client relationships, and compliance with banking standards.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service plans in alignment with branch targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical practices and SOP compliance
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
• Conduct field visits and physical verification of clients
• Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain 100% collection targets
• Promote bank products through effective marketing strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and safeguard customer records
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to management
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputable institution
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and customer handling
