πΌ Job Type: Permanent
The Grid Manager is responsible for driving key performance indicators including Sales, Revenue Growth, Business Development, Mobile Broadband expansion, Trade Visibility, Channel Development, and Cell Site Utilization within the assigned grid.
π Key Responsibilities
π Sales Management
- Drive revenue growth through 3G & 4G sales
- Ensure quality gross additions (GAs) and subscriber acquisition
- Expand channel footprint (SIM sales, MNP, MBB, VAS, ECATs, Postpaid)
- Identify high-potential areas for market expansion
- Ensure timely stock availability through franchise coordination
π€ Customer Service
- Manage end-to-end complaint resolution
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Ensure high-quality customer experience at franchise level
π’ Trade Visibility & Marketing
- Execute BTL activities, trade promotions, and market activations
- Ensure strong brand visibility and product awareness
- Support special campaigns and events in the territory
π Planning & Strategy
- Identify untapped markets and increase retail penetration
- Guide BDOs on effective route planning
- Prepare sales forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Head on localized promotions
π₯ Team Management
- Train staff and retailers on products & SOPs
- Conduct regular market visits
- Ensure partners meet targets, discipline, and compliance standards
πͺ Merchandising
- Ensure availability of POS materials at retail outlets
π Business Development
- Coordinate with Marketing & Channel teams for growth initiatives
- Support trade promotions, events, and expansion strategies
π Eligibility Criteria
π Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Business or a related field
πΌ Experience
- 2β3 years of relevant experience
