🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent
- Build and promote employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement strategies & programs
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to conduct annual engagement surveys
- Analyze survey results and collaborate with leadership on action plans for improvement
- Organize social activities & engagement events to enhance collaboration and morale
- Manage the annual social and internal communication calendars
- Develop engaging internal communication content as per schedule
- Promote employee wellbeing initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee employee suggestion programs and ensure proper evaluation processes
- Implement recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements
- Contribute to HR policy development in line with regulatory requirements
- Stay updated with modern trends in employee engagement and workplace culture
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience
OR - Postgraduate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience
