Qualification

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Management, or a relevant field

Experience

• 10–12 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• At least 7 years in educational administration or school leadership roles

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic academic plans to improve student outcomes and overall school performance
• Supervise curriculum implementation, teaching quality, assessments, and examination systems in compliance with academic regulations
• Enhance student enrollment and retention through admissions strategies, community outreach, branding, and stakeholder engagement
• Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, infrastructure, safety compliance, and administrative efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic and non-academic staff while fostering a disciplined, collaborative, and performance-driven school culture
