Program: Orphan Family Support Program
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Coordinator to lead and manage operations for the Islamabad Region. The role focuses on ensuring effective implementation and oversight of the Orphan Family Support Program while maintaining operational excellence across regional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support Assistant Regional Coordinators and regional staff
- Plan, organize, and monitor all regional programs and activities
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Review and approve reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and manage regional work plans and budget allocations
- Ensure effective utilization of financial resources
- Oversee program execution, particularly the Orphan Family Support Program
- Make independent decisions to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure smooth coordination and performance across the region
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation / Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant field
- Must be domiciled in the Islamabad Region
- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word & Excel)
